1. Training Services
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before training start date: full refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.
- Once training has begun, fees are non-refundable.
2. Accommodation (Boarding)
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
- No refunds for early pickups.
3. Grooming Services
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before appointment: full refund.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: non-refundable.
4. Deposits
- Deposits are applied toward the final bill and are refundable according to the above terms.
5. Exceptions
- If we are unable to provide a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
