1. Training Services

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before training start date: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund.
  • Once training has begun, fees are non-refundable.

2. Accommodation (Boarding)

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund.
  • No refunds for early pickups.

3. Grooming Services

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before appointment: full refund.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: non-refundable.

4. Deposits

  • Deposits are applied toward the final bill and are refundable according to the above terms.

5. Exceptions

  • If we are unable to provide a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff emergency, facility issue), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
